Over 1 million square meters, Saudi Arabia announces the launch of the "Green Unmanned Valley" as a national hub for testing and researching advanced U.S. drone technologies

Drone Solutions KSA has announced the launch of Green Unmanned Valley, a major industrial and technological initiative located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, covering more than 1 million square meters. The project aims to advance civil and commercial unmanned systems, while attracting leading U.S. drone and robotics companies through a five-year operational roadmap starting in 2026.
The valley is set to welcome over 50 American companies in phased programs designed for testing, validation, and technology transfer, supporting Saudi Arabia's strategy to build a strong domestic ecosystem for advanced unmanned technologies. The launch aligns with the growing economic and industrial cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the United States.
Saudi Arabia's drone market is estimated at over USD 4 billion, with annual growth exceeding 12%, making it one of the fastest-growing and most attractive markets in the Middle East for unmanned systems and smart industrial applications.
