At European Merchant Services, he oversaw finance, risk, and compliance functions for a major payment processor serving more than 40,000 SME and corporate clients.
Most recently, as a Strategic CFO Advisor to fintech scaleups, Michael has seen how outdated systems and fragmented processes trap organizations, limiting their ability to scale and leverage modern technologies effectively.
