Esslingen, November 2025 - The demands placed on managers, teams and organizational developers have changed significantly in recent years. In many companies, there is a growing need for seminar formats that not only impart knowledge but also provide holistic support for necessary changes. PlayWork.pro, a training company specializing in systemic organizational development, is expanding its range of training courses in the field of playful methods in 2026 to include multi-level qualifications for beginners and advanced participants.

Multi-level training concept throughout the DACH region

In contrast to traditional training providers, PlayWork.pro does not focus purely on teaching methodological skills. Instead, formats such as LEGO (R) Serious Play (R) or PLAYMOBIL (R) pro serve as a starting point for personal clarification processes and structural change. The playful approaches are not understood as an isolated tool, but as part of a comprehensive transformation model that addresses inner attitude, relationship dynamics and structural effectiveness in equal measure. The aim is to enable people to initiate complex development processes from within: practical, well-founded and with long-term effects.

"We observe that many organizations are looking for new ways to deal with uncertainty and complexity. Our approach is therefore not primarily aimed at trainers, but at people who want to develop organizations systemically," explains Jens Dr?ge, co-founder of PlayWork.pro. Together with Christian Deuschle, he brings more than 20 years of experience in supporting change processes. Both are well-known authors of specialist books and work at the interface of systemic thinking and practical design.

Systemic training approach with practical relevance

New modules and in-depth training formats will be added to the existing range in 2026. The multi-level qualification is aimed at career starters as well as experienced specialists and managers in the fields of organizational development, human resources (HR) or coaching. The transformation process, which has been tried and tested over many years, focuses on four central topics: Identity and roles, structure and security, building trust and integration and effectiveness.

"In our training courses, we don't talk about methods, but moderate them directly," explains Deuschle. "They are practical, hands-on formats in which participants jump in at the deep end right from the start. This is exactly what makes our workshops so effective: what they learn is not only understood, but also experienced and can be applied immediately."_.

A special proof of quality: some of the training courses are the only ones in the German-speaking world to also be awarded a university certificate - a seal of quality for depth of content, didactic excellence and sustainable learning effectiveness. The certification is awarded in cooperation with a recognized university and underlines PlayWork.pro's claim to combine sound further training with academic standards.

In addition to open training courses at various locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in-house training courses, coaching formats and individually tailored training courses are also available. The practice-oriented modules are structured in such a way that they can be applied directly when working with teams, managers or project groups.

With over 400 training courses and training sessions to date and participants from more than 100 organizations throughout the DACH region, PlayWork.pro is one of the most experienced providers in the field of playful organizational development.
