Esslingen, November 2025 - The demands placed on managers, teams and organizational developers have changed significantly in recent years. A special proof of quality: some of the training courses are the only ones in the German-speaking world to also be awarded a university certificate - a seal of quality for depth of content, didactic excellence and sustainable learning effectiveness. The certification is awarded in cooperation with a recognized university and underlines PlayWork.pro's claim to combine sound further training with academic standards.

In addition to open training courses at various locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in-house training courses, coaching formats and individually tailored training courses are also available. The practice-oriented modules are structured in such a way that they can be applied directly when working with teams, managers or project groups.
