COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Veteran Colorado MMA coach, speaker and business professional Gabe "Kuya" Charboneau will release his new book, Kuyawisdom: Everything I Wish My Big Brother Taught Me, in December 2025. Published by Lulu Books, the title will be available worldwide through all major platforms, including Amazon and Lulu.

Drawing on nearly three decades of experience mentoring athletes, youth and justice-involved individuals, Charboneau blends personal stories with practical guidance aimed at helping readers navigate adversity, develop discipline and build stronger identities. The book expands on themes he has taught throughout his career in coaching, re-entry work, fatherhood advocacy and community mentorship.
