Toronto, ON, Canada - November 12, 2025 - Zevrix Solutions today announces Package Central 1.13.6, a compatibility update to company's document collection automation solution for Adobe InDesign [https://zevrix.com/packagecentral]. Developed originally for a major publisher in the United States, the app automates InDesign file packaging by processing documents from hot folders. The software offloads file collection to a central system leaving operator workstations free from the packaging process.

The new version makes Package Central compatible with the recently released InDesign 2026 featured as part of Adobe Creative Cloud. The update is offered free of charge to Package Central users. The same version of Package Central can be used with any release of InDesign from CS6 and later.

Package Central solves the problem of centralized archiving and packaging of InDesign projects [https://zevrix.com/packagecentral] automatically in collaborative workgroup environments while serving unlimited users on a network. The app allows production artists, designers, and prepress operators to simply submit files to watched hot folders that reside on a network. Package Central then automatically collects InDesign files along with their fonts and links into the destination folder specified in the hot folder settings.

Package Central runs on a dedicated Mac workstation and monitors hot folders for incoming InDesign files. The app performs all its tasks automatically and can run totally unattended. It offers the following key features and benefits:

-Automatically collect InDesign files [https://zevrix.com/packagecentral] from hot folders

-Serve unlimited users on a network

-Compose variable folder names

-Update modified links automatically

-Automatic email notifications of errors and process stages

-Create IDML and PDF files on the fly [https://zevrix.com/packagecentral]

-Detailed processing history

Pricing and Availability:

Package Central can be purchased for US$149.95 from Zevrix website as well as from authorized resellers. Trial is also available for download. The update is free for registered users. Package Central requires macOS 10.9-26 and Adobe InDesign CS6-2026.
