apocalyptic landscapes, filmed daring fight scenes across rivers and lakes, and secured music from
legendary artist Gordon Lightfoot. The result was a six-minute proof-of-concept short that stunned early
viewers, showing that creativity and heart can outshine even the biggest budgets.

The project also carries the mark of rising industry talent William Atticus Parker, the film's producer and
casting director. Parker recently made headlines for his 2025 independent film Atrabilious, starring
Jeffrey Wright, Alec Baldwin, Mark Boone Junior, and Whoopi Goldberg, which was acquired by
Buffalo 8 for a late 2025 release. Known for bringing A-list talent to independent features, Parker's
involvement signals serious momentum for America Down and its growing potential for major studio
interest.

Also attached to the project is actor and producer Lucas Harmon, who portrays the lead role in America
