New York musician and writer debuts heartwarming bedtime story about overcoming fears with family support
Musician and storyteller Harold Skeete has released his debut children's book, The Monster Proof Blanket [https://www.amazon.com/Monster-Proof-Blanket-Harold-Skeete/dp/B0FKKP666W/ref], a touching tale that blends humor, imagination, and the timeless bond between siblings.
The book follows two young brothers who share a bedroom. While they spend their days playing together, bedtime brings a challenge-the younger brother's fear of monsters lurking in the shadows. With creativity and compassion, big brother steps in to calm those fears, showing that even the biggest worries can be overcome with a little help.
Skeete, a New York City-based musician who has performed in bands across genres from rock to jazz to children's music, brings his performance background to the page with playful storytelling.
