Executive Chef Jason Revell of Hotel Flor's signature restaurant, The Dan, presents a special Thanksgiving menu from 12 pm to 10 pm that blends seasonal flavors, elevated comfort, and local inspiration.
Guests can indulge in festive favorites reimagined with a modern twist, including the Turkey Coq' Au Vin, featuring tender braised turkey, seasonal vegetables, gouda polenta, and a rich turkey demi. Other highlights include the Onion Crusted Salmon served with mixed vegetable risotto and lemon cream, and the "Dan" Ribeye, a house-cut 10-ounce ribeye paired with whipped Boursin potatoes and grilled asparagus. For a lighter option, the Green Leaf Caesar offers a fresh balance of crisp greens, grated parmesan, and classic Caesar dressing.
Starters such as Gochujang Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts with Applewood Bacon add bold, savory notes to the celebration, while the Sweet Potato Pie provides a perfect finish, combining sweet potato, lemon, vanilla, and strawberry with a touch of caramel.
