HTI Automation introduces X-TubeProcessor (R)_Proceed

HTI Automation is expanding its portfolio with a new high-performance system:
the X-TubeProcessor (R)_Proceed.

The innovative device is based on the proven X-TubeProcessor (R)_Flex system and has been specially developed for the production and dispensing of biomolecules such as RNA, DNA, peptides and proteins.
With the Proceed, HTI offers a solution that enables high-precision, documented dispensing processes and at the same time relieves laboratory staff of time-consuming routine tasks.

Efficiency and precision for modern laboratories
The Proceed processes up to 350 tubes per hour and combines automatic dispensing, screwing/tube capping, labeling and digital documentation in a continuous workflow. Thanks to seamless integration into ERP and LIMS systems, orders can be transferred directly and every process step can be recorded in an audit-proof manner - a decisive advantage for audits and quality assurance.

Focus on biomolecules
Reproducible and contamination-free dispensing of biomolecules is essential, particularly in biomedical research and production. The X-TubeProcessor (R)_Proceed guarantees a high degree of precision, traceability and flexibility - both for series orders and individual customer projects.

Tried and tested in practice
Companies such as the Swedish immunoassay specialist Mabtech already rely on the Proceed. With growing production volumes, the existing system had reached its limits. The Proceed now considerably expands the possibilities - from automated order processing and the storage of various reagents to dispensing, capping, labeling and sorting finished tubes.
The system is directly integrated into the ERP and works fully automatically around the clock. New orders are started automatically without an operator having to initiate the production process. A single person is enough to take the finished orders from the system and forward them to the customer - maximum efficiency with minimum manpower.
