Arklyz AG ("Arklyz"), a global enterprise active in sports, lifestyle, and fashion, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Gabor Shoes ("Gabor") together with all its operating subsidiaries, one of Europe's leading footwear brands renowned for its craftsmanship, comfort, and quality.
Rosenheim, Germany - October 16, 2025 - The transaction marks a significant strategic expansion for Arklyz as it continues to build a diverse and high-performing portfolio across the global sports, footwear and lifestyle markets. By combining Arklyz's dynamic, multi-brand platform and international distribution expertise with Gabor's strong European heritage and loyal customer base, the acquisition positions both companies for accelerated, sustainable growth.
