He later served as CEO of Southwest Management, a property development firm specializing in sourcing and renovating investment properties for sale and rental. After relocating to Naples in 2004, Bowden became chief investment officer of Bowden, LLC, a family office real estate and financial investment fund, where for 19 years he managed a diverse portfolio of residential real estate, equities, derivatives, fixed income and mortgage contracts.
