*Multilingual Messaging with AI Translation*

1 Automatic Translation to the Recipient's First Language
* When sending a message, openSIS automatically detects the recipient's stored first language.
* The sender can switch ON the option, and the system will provide a translated preview.
* The recipient receives both the original and the translated version, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

2 Translation to a Chosen Language
* If a recipient's first language is not stored, the sender can manually select a preferred language from the dropdown.

* The message will be translated accordingly, and recipients will receive the translated version along with the original text.

3 Group Messaging with Mixed Languages
* When broadcasting to a group of recipients with different first languages, openSIS automatically translates the message for each individual.
* The sender does not need to preview every language; the system ensures each parent receives the message in their own stored first language.
* Alternatively, the sender may choose a single target language for the entire group

*AI Writing Assistance (Alt + H)*

* Compose messages with ease using the new AI-assisted writing tool.
* With a simple shortcut (Alt + H), users can generate text suggestions and refine their messages.
