The Ndege Group Announces New African Rare Earth Mineral Fund to Foster Equitable Development and Sovereignty

The Ndege Group, Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® (ASDT), has announced the formation of a new internal African Rare Earth Mineral Fund. This initiative marks a significant step forward in facilitating equitable and mutually beneficial socioeconomic transformation across the continent.

The fund is a dedicated internal vehicle focused on the acquisition, management, and export processing and transit of precious stones and metals for both industrial and commercial use globally. It operates under the management company for ASDT, The Ndege Group Nominees Limited, and is a part of the Ndege Foundation's Development Finance Fund. The fund joins a portfolio of critical internal programmes, which include:

- The Daudi Mutuku Fund for Education

- The Water Management Fund

- The Environmental Protection Programme

- Ndege's Infrastructure Fund

- The Policy Support Programme

This strategic launch is consistent with the Trust's broader operational philosophy, which is underpinned by five distinct brands. Ndege Aerospace© focuses on cargo, VIP transit, and telecommunications, while Ndege MarketPlace© operates as a blockchain-based e-commerce platform for specialist African goods. The aforementioned Ndege Foundation© acts as an African Development Finance Fund and Real Estate Investment Trust. All these brands are powered by the forthcoming OmniGaza® platform, currently under implementation with a soon-to-be-announced technology partner, and secured by the United African Defence Force© (UADF).
