Leading into his performance, a short segment from Woodstock Forever: Peace, Love & HOPE will play at 4:08 PM, setting the stage with images of a generation that believed in harmony through art.
And as Parker's final note fades, the Human Peace Flag Ceremony will rise at 4:15 PM, with participants gathered in Father Duffy Square from 3:45 PM - a living tapestry of humanity, arms linked, creating a flag not of nations, but of people.
