ZANA Spa at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay Launches Full-Day Wellness Experience

Phuket, Thailand - (04 September 2025) - The award-winning ZANA Spa at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay has unveiled its latest wellness offering, the "Revive and Thrive Journey," an immersive full-day experience designed to melt away tension and invigorate the senses through spa rituals, a wellness cooking class, and a facial treatment.

The day begins with a welcome drink and a spa orientation, followed by a Tropical Fruit Body Scrub to brighten and exfoliate the skin, then a soothing Vichy Shower to revitalise the body. Next comes the Angel Touch Package, a deeply relaxing massage with warm aromatic oils designed to ease tension and calm the senses.

After the initial spa treatments, the journey continues with a hands-on Wellness Cooking Class at Thabtim Café, where guests will prepare and savour a nutritious meal.

The menu highlights include:
• Quinoa salad with pomegranate seeds, hydroponic salad leaves, and pickled papaya: This salad is a nutritional powerhouse, with protein and fibre from quinoa, antioxidants from pomegranate seeds and vitamins from the papaya.
• Steamed seabass with passionfruit infusion and purple eggplant compote: This dish provides lean protein and omega-three fatty acids from the seabass, and antioxidants from the purple eggplant.
• Young coconut booster with chia seed pudding: This hydrating and nourishing dessert provides fibre through chia seeds omega-three fatty acids, and protein.

The day concludes with a soothing Signature Treatment Facial to nourish and refresh delicate skin, followed by a final wellness drink designed to relieve stress and aid relaxation, to send guests off feeling completely rejuvenated.
