Bollywood icon Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr. Shriram Nene, have appointed Ashutosh Pande of Aural Exchange as the acoustic consultant for their new residence on the 53rd floor of Indiabulls Blu, Worli. Valued at approximately ₹50 crore, the home is one of the most prominent luxury real estate acquisitions in Mumbai's high-rise market and reflects the couple's vision of blending architectural elegance with cutting-edge sound design.

The project, helmed architecturally by Apurva Shroff of Lyth Design, emphasizes contemporary minimalism with an infusion of bold artistry.
