New Correspondent to provide project management news and information from Houston Metropolitan Area for readers Worldwide

Dallas, Texas — PMForum, Inc announced today that Quang Ton has been named an International Correspondent for the organization in Houston, Texas, USA. PMForum’s global network of international correspondents delivers project management-related news and information from around the world and provides local representation. PMForum operates www.pmforum.org, the world’s first website devoted to professional project management, and produces the popular monthly online e-Journal PM World Today.

According to PMForum Managing Editor David Pells, “Quang Ton is a serious project management professional, very active in the local PM profession and a good writer. Quang Ton, PMP is a Service Delivery Manager at Schlumberger, a global oilfield services company. He also currently serves as Vice President Communications for the Houston Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the world largest project management organization. Quang holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a BS in Industrial Data Processing and Electronics Engineering from the Université de Créteil, both in France. Quang is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, a Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (ITIL) in Service Management from EXIN, a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and a Certified Associate Business Manager (CABM) from the Association of Professionals in Business Management (APBM). Quang has been involved in various program and projects with worldwide scope, organizational strategy and system delivery to thousands of users.
