Unlike typical trend presentations, the session featured David Walker of Coworking Consulting and DeShawn Brown, CEO of Coworks, building and shipping a real event in real time. Walker used custom GPTs designed specifically for coworking operators to generate creative, locally relevant event concepts; Brown then executed the idea directly in the Coworks dashboard, configuring pricing, scheduling, and automated promotion-all during the broadcast.

After selecting an idea from the GPT output, Brown showed how operators can:

- Schedule and publish-without leaving the platform
