What Past Clients Are Saying:
"We planned our trip to EBC at least six months in advance. Since we are a group of seniors, we requested a customized itinerary to avoid long hikes each day. The MD of Dream Heaven Adventure, Suman was very patient and meticulous, planning the trip for us in detail.

Upon arriving in Kathmandu, he informed us of some bad news: there had been no flights from Ramechhap to Lukla for the past week, and we would need to be on standby at Ramechhap airport. We made our way there, accompanied by our helpful guide, Shambhu, who stayed at the airport, diligently checking with authorities on when we could fly. Though we were initially scheduled for a 6 a.m. flight, Shambhu's resourcefulness allowed us to board at 10 a.m. after he managed to get us through the backlog.

At Lukla, we met our porters, Suman, Binod, and Mahindran, and began our trek to Phakding. The next day, we set out for Namche Bazaar, but two of our team members began feeling unwell and had to stay behind in Phakding. Our guide quickly made the necessary arrangements for them, while the rest of us continued on to Namche. There, Shambhu ensured we stayed at a guesthouse with an ensuite bathroom and hot shower-a true luxury in the mountains.

When our two members rejoined us, Shambhu suggested we take things slowly to allow them time to acclimatize. He adjusted the itinerary accordingly and rebooked our accommodations as needed.

On Day 12 in Lobuche, we woke up early and headed to Gorak Shep (5,140 m). After a short break, we trekked to EBC (5,364 m). Unfortunately, things took a turn when some of our team began to show symptoms of altitude sickness. Shambhu arranged for a horse to take us back to Gorak Shep. That night, as all of us continued to feel unwell, we activated our insurance for an emergency evacuation. Again, Shambhu and the MD of Dream Heaven took swift action, coordinating with the helicopter company and our insurance to ensure a prompt evacuation. The MD even visited the helicopter office personally to secure our flight schedule. Despite the many tourists stuck at Lukla awaiting helicopter flights, we were fortunate to have Shambhu and the MD advocating for us.

Once we were evacuated and admitted to the hospital, the MD came to visit us, and during the Diwali celebration, he even invited us to his home to celebrate.

Overall, the staff at Dream Heaven-especially the MD Suman, our guide Shambhu, and the team of porters-exceeded our expectations. They didn't hesitate to jump in and assist us in times of need. Throughout the trek, the guide and porters stayed close to ensure our safety, and they became friends and companions on our journey. Shambhu even taught us a Nepali card game called Dhumbal, which we played with him and the porters every day.

For anyone considering an EBC trip, we highly recommend Dream Heaven Adventure-and be sure to request Shambhu as your guide!" Calvin Yap, Singapore
"We were a group of 7 people doing the Everest Base Camp trek, and it was an unforgettable experience! Suman and the Dream Heaven Adventure team did an excellent job organizing everything. Our Lukla flight was delayed due to weather, but Suman quickly arranged a helicopter for us at a very reasonable price, it saved our schedule and really showed his professionalism.

Our guide, Ramesh, was fantastic-very friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were safe and comfortable. He picked clean and cozy tea houses along the way and helped us choose the best food at each stop. You could tell he really cared about our well-being.

Our porters were also amazing strong, kind, and always smiling despite carrying heavy loads through tough trails. Thanks to the whole team, the trek went very smoothly. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Dream Heaven Adventure if you're planning a trek in Nepal!" Philip J Shaw, Australia
