75 years of Fachschule für Technik Kassel e.V. - First graduation ceremony honors graduates

Under the motto "Technology needs people - and people need education", the Fachschule für Technik Kassel e.V. celebrated its first official graduation ceremony at Foster's Garden on July 11, 2025 - and also its 75th anniversary.

Around 170 guests - including 60 graduates, their families, teaching staff and representatives from business and chambers - attended, making the evening a special milestone for the school and the region.

The event featured inspiring speeches:
Lars Reiße (IHK Kassel-Marburg) gave the recognition speech and paid tribute to the graduates' achievements.
Reiner Brandt (IT Netzwerk e.V., signet GmbH) spoke about digitalization, the development of skilled workers and the future of technical education in his speech.

Emotional highlights were provided by the personal words of the two graduates Isabell Huhn and Daniel Clasen, who gave insights into their path as prospective industrial foremen.

All graduates received a Hercules statue - a symbol of strength and responsibility - as well as the impulse of the Kassel sky striker as a sign of courage and departure.
