VibraCorder:
The small mobile 3D or 6D data loggers record accelerations and, in the case of the 6D version, also inclination data.
Depending on the version, this makes them ideal for amusement park rides, simple transportation monitoring, tests in the automotive sector, chassis testing, driving characteristics monitoring, diagnosis of rotating parts, playground testing, general vibration testing, impact testing, etc.
CoCo80x:
The portable CoCo80x signal analyzer is ideal when multi-channel recording (2-8) and complex FFT analysis, such as cross-correlation, is required, e.g. for impact hammer response analysis or order analysis with a tachometer input. With sampling rates up to 102.4 kHz, an alias-free data quality of 150 dB, CAN bus and WiFi interfaces as well as configurable signal analysis software, it is perfectly suited for the maintenance and analysis of rotating machinery (vibration analysis, FFT, modal analysis) for example.
microUniDAQ:
The compact (≈12 x 11 x 4 cm) and surprisingly inexpensive four channel USB data logger, is high quality with a maximum resolution of 24 bit and a sampling rate of up to 128 kHz per channel. Featuring sensor power supply and a micro SD card for stand-alone measurement, it is ideal for mobile use. This handy logger is the perfect companion for laboratories, test benches and test facilities, engineering offices and research institutes that carry out a wide variety of physical and metrological tests or want to develop new products. Up to four devices can be operated synchronously.
The diverse application possibilities range from control technology, process optimization, condition monitoring, operational safety, drive technology, structural dynamics, material fatigue, comfort measurements, NVH, HALT, HASS, HUMS to vibration and modal analysis.
dydaqmeas / dydaqlog:
These flexible measurement systems with an 8 or 16-channel design offer a user-friendly web interface for configuring and visualizing the measurement data. It has a 24-bit resolution and a sampling rate of max. 20 Hz or 256 kHz per channel. In addition, a wide variety of sensor types (from vibration to temperature sensors) can be connected to both loggers.
The ability to send the data to a cloud also makes the system ideal for remote maintenance and continuous monitoring.
