What if the stress you feel comes from a mind-bug?

Press release from: KNOWDYN

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE London, U.K.

A new book+AI agent is making the rounds quietly among entrepreneurs, academics, and restless high-performers - not through ads or influencers, but through the kind of whisper that follows something unexpected: a small book that doesn't offer answers, but asks the right questions.

It's called Self-Debug Your Mind, and its promise is simple: stress comes from faulty thinking-patterns which can be identified and fixed.

Written by computer simulation expert Dr. Khalid Saqr, the book doesn't read like traditional self-help. There are no affirmations, no five-step plans, no stories of redemption. Instead, it offers something rare in the genre: cognitive precision. Twenty-one prompts. Seven dimensions. Each question is a carefully placed instrument, designed to locate and surface the subtle loops and assumptions that structure how we think - and how we suffer.

The book and its accompanying GPT agent argue that much of what passes for burnout, imposter syndrome, or even chronic anxiety in academic and intellectual circles may not be emotional at all. It may be architectural. That is, it may be the result of misaligned cognitive structures - internal logic maps that no longer fit the reality they're trying to navigate.

The book extends the works of Ken Wilber to artificial intelligence as an idea modulator. But Saqr, as a strict experimentalist, doesn't preach Wilber; he pragmatically operationalizes his theory to design new class of conversational agents. The comes with exclusive access to a GPT agent trained to guide the reader through these four quadrants, slowly revealing the 7-dimensions of tension between what they think, how they act, what they believe they belong to, and what they're actually embedded in.

It's a systematic engineering process, not a transpersonal view. And that's by design.

"There's a kind of suffering that only smart people feel," Saqr says. "It's not depression, and it's not burnout. It's a persistent dissonance between the complexity of your thinking and the insufficiency of the tools for understanding yourself. This book is one attempt to resolve that dissonance."

The AI agent doesn't offer advice or empathy. It asks a carefully-designed set of questions built to troubleshoot your intuitive thinking patters. Early readers, including academics in psychology and systems theory, have called it "an unexpected companion in the act of thinking" and "the closest thing to externalized metacognition I've seen in practice."

For those in academia feeling the strain of their own minds - minds trained to dissect everything but themselves - Self-Debug Your Mind is not a cure. But it is a method. A toolset for those willing to look under the hood, not of their emotions, but of their reasoning.

Self-Debug Your Mind is now available on Amazon Kindle. Review copies and research partnerships are welcome, send an email to: research@knowdyn.co.uk for more information.
