Pho Ever Vegas Fuses Culture and Content: Vietnamese Restaurant Partners with Dance Creators to Celebrate Food and Community
Pho Ever Vegas, a beloved Vietnamese restaurant in Summerlin, is making waves in the food and creator community with its latest campaign celebrating culture, content, and connection. In a unique collaboration with local dance influencers, the restaurant launched a storytelling series that captures the energy of Vietnamese cuisine through the eyes (and moves) of passionate creators. The project kicked off with a viral video shoot at the restaurant, featuring dancers known for their vibrant social content enjoying bowls of pho, sharing stories, and connecting over their love of food and community. The collaboration aimed to showcase how Vietnamese food - especially pho - brings people together across creative disciplines.
"This wasn't about dancing at the restaurant," said My Nguyen, Chef at Pho Ever. "It's about showing how food connects people - even dancers who spend their lives in motion. Their appreciation for flavor and culture came through so naturally, and we're proud to have been the backdrop for that."
The campaign has quickly gained traction across social platforms, with behind-the-scenes content highlighting the restaurant's signature dishes, warm ambiance, and cultural roots. Pho Ever plans to continue working with other creators and artists who share a passion for food and storytelling.
Highlights:
Collaboration with local dance influencers to spotlight pho and Vietnamese cuisine
Focus on community, culture, and the connection between food and creative expression
Campaign generated thousands of organic impressions within the first 48 hours
Ongoing series to feature more creators from diverse backgrounds
