Webscouts TFX Launches "Mission X" YouTube Series
Written and created by Joan L. Washington, a native Detroiter and global citizen, Webscouts follows a young Afro-Arab prodigy from Detroit who faces bullying and discrimination because of his heritage. Through his bloodline, he discovers his true identity as a descendant of an ancient tribe from Alkebulan; a time before Africa. As evil rises with the supermoon, both earthly and supernatural forces threaten to seize and control the earth and its inhabitants.
Webscouts TFX is a movement born in the Age of Aquarius, a time when technology, diversity, and collective consciousness intersect. "Mission X" uses gamification, immersive storytelling, and real-world challenges to teach cyber safety, digital citizenship, and the power of global community. The series explores how today's youth navigate bullying, mental health, and predators, while balancing resilience, empathy, and leadership in a world turned upside down by those meant to protect them.
I am proud to announce the launch of Webscouts TFX and "Mission X," coming July 2025. This groundbreaking three-level initiative is designed to "Entertain, Motivate, and Educate" youth for the digital age. As cyber threats and digital isolation grows, Webscouts TFX stands as a beacon of empowerment, community, and innovation-born from the heart of Detroit and reaching digital communities worldwide.
I look forward to sharing this remarkable hero who walks between worlds, bridging cultures, realities, and generations. This new icon represents accountability, discipline, and honor among communities often overlooked in mainstream media.
