Running from June 1-30, 2025, this year's Pride Month comes at a momentous time for Thailand, which recently became the first country in South East Asia to legalize same-sex marriage. Now, couples from around the world are flocking to Thailand's shores, empowered by a renewed sense of freedom. They will be welcomed with open arms in Phuket, which is staging island-wide festivities from Patong Beach to Phuket Town.
This June, Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort will be proudly waving the rainbow flag with special Pride-themed decorations throughout the property. Guests at this Patong beachfront hotel can also raise a glass and toast to the beauty of diversity with "Petals & Pride," a vibrant new cocktail which blends sweet peach liqueur, tropical Phuket pineapple juice, and the natural purple glow of homegrown butterfly pea - a color long associated with LGBTQIA+ identity and creative expression.
