[Greeley, CO] - [May 12, 2025] - High Country Technology Consultants (HCTC), a leading provider of CTE and STEM solutions, today announced the acquisition of First Technologies Inc., a well-established education technology firm specializing in Career and Technical Education Solutions, Training, and Support. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in HCTC's growth strategy and underscores its commitment to delivering comprehensive, cutting-edge solutions to clients.

By integrating First Technologies' resources, talent, and portfolio into its operations, HCTC aims to broaden its offerings, strengthen customer service, and deepen its presence in key vertical markets. The combined organization will leverage shared expertise in CTE and STEM solutions to accelerate innovation and drive long-term value for customers and stakeholders alike.
