IAO2 Rewrites the Rules of Entrepreneurship: A New Era

In the Margins of the American Dream, IAO2 Is Building a New Blueprint for Entrepreneurial Equity
Henderson, Nevada - September 10, 2025 - In a world increasingly defined by disruption, where the gap between vision and access still cuts sharpest across race, gender, geography, and service, one organization is proving that grit, when paired with guidance, is still an unbeatable combination.
IAO2-short for Improve, Adapt, Overcome-isn't your typical entrepreneurship incubator. It's a mission disguised as a movement, born out of Henderson, Nevada in 2024, and now rapidly expanding nationwide. What began as a blueprint for training and equipping Veterans, Native Americans, women, and underserved minorities has grown into a resilient ecosystem where purpose meets potential-and potential meets structure.
This isn't charity. It's infrastructure for the soul.
A New Kind of Launchpad
IAO2's programs-custom-built and culturally competent-don't just teach people how to start a business. They un-teach the myths of who gets to succeed.
· The Long Course, a 12-month accelerator, helps aspiring founders launch real-world ventures from scratch.
· The Short Course, a six-month strategic track, equips existing entrepreneurs to scale, pitch, and secure funding.
· Flexible, self-paced modules and mentorship matchups offer support on-demand, from any zip code, at any point on the journey.
"There's no such thing as a self-made entrepreneur," says Jason Ozment, a member of the organization's Executive Team. "But there is such a thing as an unsupported one. We're here to change that."
A Movement Rooted in Mission
Founded on September 10, 2024, in the midst of a rising wave of entrepreneurship and economic uncertainty, IAO2 answers a national call: How do we ensure that the next generation of entrepreneurs isn't just tech-funded and venture-backed, but culturally grounded, community-connected, and resilient by design?
The answer? You meet people where they are.
Whether that's a veteran with a head full of logistics and a heart full of purpose. A Native woman building e-commerce out of a family tradition. A formerly overlooked community leader organizing for food equity. IAO2 doesn't teach people how to fit into business. It shows them how to reshape business around their truth.
The Numbers Tell One Story. The People, Another.
As federal funding grows-with the SBA's $9 million Growth Accelerator Fund, MBDA's $11 million for minority support, and veteran contracting expansions through NDAA 2025-IAO2 becomes the guidepost for those ready to act but unsure where to begin.
But beneath the metrics lie the moments that matter:
· A formerly unhoused Marine turned logistics startup founder, now employing others in recovery.
· A Navajo entrepreneur using IAO2's program to build a sustainable agriculture business on tribal land.
· A single mother in tech who launched a childcare app, secured investment, and hired a full-women development team.
Each one an embodiment of IAO2's ethos: Improve. Adapt. Overcome.
The Revolution Will Be Taught
What makes IAO2 different is its insistence that resilience should not be romanticized. It should be resourced. And so, it builds learning environments that are flexible, trauma-informed, culturally intelligent, and community-rooted.
You won't find suit-and-tie pitch decks and boardroom buzzwords here. Instead, you'll find:
· Business with boundaries.
· Leadership that listens.
· Capital that comes with context.
· Coaching without condescension.
In a landscape where online gurus promise six figures in six weeks, IAO2 delivers the harder but truer path: sustainable growth over viral hype, integrity over influence, and collective legacy over individual empire.
Want In?
IAO2 is actively enrolling entrepreneurs, connecting mentors, and building new city partnerships across the U.S. If you believe business should be a force for freedom, equity, and generational change-then you belong here.
