LinQpay Announces Appointment of Bankserv CEO, David Kvederis to Board of Directors
Mr Kvederis brings more than 37 years of banking, financial and payment services experience to the LinQpay Board. Currently, Mr Kvederis is President and CEO of Bankserv. After founding Bankserv in 1996, Bankserv enjoyed rapid growth and gained a market leadership role under Mr Kvederis’s guidance. A pioneer in the electronic payment industry, Mr Kvederis spearheaded the creation of familiar services such as direct deposit, private-label electronic check conversion and global wire transfer outsourcing during the 1980’s and early 1990’s. Prior to his tenure at Bankserv, Mr Kvederis headed Wells Fargo Bank’s corporate banking and cash management divisions and was Chairman of the Board of the National and Calwestern Automated Clearing House Associations. Before his 15-year association with Wells Fargo, Mr Kvederis served six years with Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh and six years with Continental Illinois Bank in Chicago.
“We are excited to welcome Dave to our Board. We believe Dave’s extensive and successful track record, his leadership and financial expertise make him a valuable addition to our Board as we continue to grow and expand our business,” said James Byler, CEO.
