Michael holds a Psychology degree from Penn State, pursued graduate studies at Villanova, and earned a Master's in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Philly PLUS Fellow and has held leadership roles including CEO of Chester County Family Charter School and Head of School at Fusion Academy in Miami.
