Brindiamo! Arrives in Toronto to Spotlight Italian Food, Passion & Tradition

The mini-series will spotlight Italian culinary excellence in the vibrant Canadian city, featuring exclusive episodes filmed at renowned Italian establishments, including Don Alfonso [https://www.donalfonsotoronto.com/team/culinary/chef-davide-ciavattella], with chef Davide Ciavattella.
Ornella Fado previously filmed an episode at the Michelin-starred restaurant Don Alfonso [https://www.donalfonso.com/en/hotel-with-restaurant-sorrento-coast] in Sant'Agata dei due Golfi with chef Ernesto Iaccarino [https://www.donalfonsotoronto.com/team/culinary/chef-ernesto-iaccarino] in 2007.

Ornella Fado's work has long celebrated Italian culture, cuisine, and the stories of Italians abroad. She will meet with chefs, restaurateurs, and local influencers shaping Toronto's Italian food scene in this series. Brindiamo! Special Edition-Toronto promises to highlight extraordinary dishes and the passion, tradition, and innovation that define the Italian culinary presence in Toronto.
