KCCindustries GmbH, an established service provider for commercial kitchen technology for 20 years, specializing in Halton Foodservice exhaust and supply air systems for commercial kitchens, ANSUL fire protection concepts and commercial kitchen equipment, has signed a new service contract with the renowned Franke Foodservice Systems GmbH.

New partnership for better performance

The alliance between KCCindustries and Franke Foodservice Systems was formed organically through frequent collaboration over the past two decades and will now serve to better utilize shared expertise and resources and improve service, maintenance and emergency service for their customers. "The pooling of knowledge, resources, service, maintenance services and manpower offers us many new opportunities and in-depth technical support," said a spokesperson for KCCindustries GmbH. The agreement, which was signed on April 1, 2025, focuses on the existing regional service and spare parts base in Berlin-Brandenburg, which will now be supported and developed more intensively. This means a unique opportunity for customers in the region to receive high-quality services and a rapid response for the repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment provided by Franke Foodservice Systems GmbH.
