1. MedStar - Medical

2. Virginia Hospital Center (VHC) - Medical

ADI Construction of Virginia LLC is acting as VHC's general contractor for a major primary care center also at McLean Plaza. The project is anticipated to be completed in late May.

3. Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia - Medical

Milestone Building Services from Gaithersburg, Maryland, completed an expansion for Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia, a 30-year-old audiology group. Hearing Associates is located at McLean Plaza.

4. Agile 1 Tech - Office/Training Facility

5. Common Area Renovation

Commercial Interior Construction will also be renovating office spaces for Straughan Environmental, a 30-year-old engineering company with a focus on protecting the environment. The project is anticipated to commence in April and be completed in late May.
