Yoni entered into a contract for deed agreement to purchase a home, making agreed-upon monthly payments despite the seller's failure to sign the contract. Over the years, Yoni not only upheld his financial obligations but also invested thousands of dollars in repairs and renovations to make the property livable. He even covered the property taxes in full. However, when Yoni made his final payment, the seller refused to transfer the title and instead began showing the home to third-party renters.
Realizing he needed strong legal representation, Yoni turned to Orangewood Law Group. Dan Nies swiftly took action, filing an initial complaint and lis pendens to prevent further interference with Yoni's home. After a hard-fought legal battle, the case proceeded to a three-day jury trial. Thanks to Dan's expertise and dedication, the jury ruled unanimously in Yoni's favor and ordered the seller to pay 100% of Yoni's legal fees.
