"Senior Nation," hosted by best-selling author and senior care advocate Phyllis Ayman, launched March 19, 2025. Irving previously served as the Milken Institute president and founding chair of its Center for the Future of Aging, an advanced leadership fellow at Harvard University, and chair and CEO of the Manatt Firm. He coauthored the book, "The Upside of Aging: How Long Life is Changing the World of Health, Work, Innovation, Policy and Purpose." Irving is also a Wall Street Journal expert panelist and contributor to the Harvard Business Review, PBS, Next Avenue, and Forbes.

Other recent guests include William Smith, PhD., UN NGO Chair of the Committee on Aging Executive Committee; and Susie Singer Carter, who wrote and directed the award-winning documentary, "No Country for Old People," after her mother spent six months in a nursing home at the end stages of Alzheimer's Disease.
