Exclusive industry event in Düsseldorf on the 'Future of mobility & key digital technologies'

Velbert, Germany | March 25, 2025 - How will we open, share or manage vehicles in the future - digitally, securely and across manufacturers? WITTE:digital, business unit of WITTE Automotive, hosts an event with the motto 'Future of Mobility & Digital Keys' bringing together over 50 experts from OEMs, mobility providers, technology companies and fleet operators to discuss future-oriented access solutions.
The aim of the event is to provide insights, share best practices and initiate new collaborations for digital key standards. 'We believe in an open, cross-manufacturer platform for digital vehicle access - and that this will become a reality together with the right partners,' explains Michael Tüllmann, Head of WITTE:digital.
Inspiration from leading industry representatives
The agenda is high-calibre:
• Dr Martin Westerkamp (Spherity) explains how Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) and the EUDI Wallet will revolutionise fleet management in the future.
• Marc Manninger (Car Connectivity Consortium) gives an outlook on interoperable key standards with 'Beyond the Key Fob'.
• Julius Meyer (Mobility Data Space) outlines the potential of shared data utilisation in the mobility industry.
• Peter Altmann (Amadeus) shows how mobility can be integrated as a building block in end-to-end travel experiences.
• Michael Tüllmann & Annika Sänger-Acevedo present WITTE:digital's initiative to establish an open, interoperable platform for digital keys.
One of the highlights is Annika Sänger-Acevedo's panel discussion with experts from the fleet industry: Arjan Vlaskamp (AMAG, Switzerland), Colm Brady (Rentalmatics, Ireland) and Fernando de Miguel Alberti (Remoteo, Spain) discussing the challenges and opportunities of using digital keys in fleets.


Hands-on technology - platform under construction
In technical demonstrations, participants can see innovative access solutions live, including the aftermarket solution flinkey enabling vehicles to be digitally locked and unlocked - regardless of the OEM.
