A Galaxy of Stars. 2025 BIDA International Intimate Apparel Design Awards Grand Final Unveiled in Shenzhen
Formerly known as the Charming EastChina International Lingerie Design Competition and Homewear Original Design Competition, the BIDA Awards were established in 2012 by the Shenzhen Underwear Association (SUA). Over the years, it has grown into one of China's most influential professional competitions in the lingerie industry, renowned for its wide reach, large pool of participants, and societal impact.

The Grand Finale
The 2025 BIDA Awards underwent comprehensive upgrades in recruitment scope, judging criteria, and organizational scale. The awards were split into two categories: Commercial Application (BIDA Design Awards) and Conceptual Creativity (BIDA Creative Awards), aiming to unlock the practical potential of original designs. By bridging creativity with market viability, the awards propel global innovation in lingerie and intimate apparel fashion.

Mark Ainsworth, Creative Art Consultant at Blue Time & Space International and Founding Partner of Dutch design firm Unit 9;
David Leung, Fashion Design Director at Yew Chung Yew Wah Education Network and faculty member of Parsons School of Design;
Zhang Wenbo, R&D Vice President at Regina Miracle International;
Chen Yu, Founder of CHENYU STUDIO and 2024 "Golden Top Award" winner (China's highest fashion honor);
Donggua Didi, a million-follower fashion influencer on Xiaohongshu.
Their diverse expertise ensured a multi-dimensional evaluation of entries.
BIDA Design Awards: Empowering Commerce, Defining Trends
Open to enterprises and design studios, the BIDA Design Awards featured five categories: Lingerie, Sportswear, Homewear, Functional Apparel, and Technological Innovation.
During pre-judging, entries were rigorously assessed for innovation, market relevance, craftsmanship, aesthetic appeal, material sustainability, and human-centric values. On the final stage, models showcased designs that dazzled audiences with every movement, highlighting the depth and charm of each piece.
