Pennsylvania Order of the Eastern Star Leadership Honors the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

Leaders from the Grand Chapter of Pennsylvania Order of the Eastern Star leadership paid tribute to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier with a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA on March 26, 2025. The event was led by Worthy Grand Matron Marcia Holland and her husband Joseph Holland, alongside Worthy Grand Patron Michael Byers and his wife Michelle Byers. Nearly 50 dedicated members of PA OES traveled from all across Pennsylvania to witness and attend the ceremony.

The wreath-laying ceremony symbolizes the organization's deep respect and gratitude for the sacrifices made by unknown soldiers who have served their country. The PA OES leadership's participation in this event underscores their commitment to honoring the legacy of those who have given their lives in service to the nation.
