Solving a Longstanding Challenge in Youth Soccer
One of the biggest challenges in youth football/soccer is finding well-matched opponents. Teams often enter tournaments or leagues without knowing if they will face overwhelmingly strong or weak competitors, leading to frustrating experiences and poor player development.
YTSI addresses this by providing an objective, data-backed ranking system. Coaches can submit basic team details through an online survey at www.ytsi.net [https://www.ytsi.net/] and receive a YTSI Score via email. They can then compare their ranking to others in the global YTSI Index, ensuring fairer, more competitive matchmaking.

The Vision Behind YTSI
YTSI was created by Ian Sacs, a football/soccer parent and volunteer coach, who saw firsthand the struggles of finding appropriate competition for youth teams. His experience led to the development of a free, easy-to-use tool that standardizes youth team rankings, helping clubs, coaches, and tournament organizers make informed decisions.
