Milchwerk Jäger GmbH, Germany's oldest private dairy, relies on digitalization and robust IT technology. In order to meet the high demands of food production, the company has been relying on noax's robust industrial panel PCs since 2019. There are now 30 devices in continuous operation, ensuring maximum efficiency, process stability and transparency in production.

Mastering challenges in production
The demanding production environment in the dairy presented conventional IT solutions with insurmountable problems. Corrosive salts, high humidity and extreme operating conditions led to rapid wear and tear on conventional PCs. Milchwerk Jäger GmbH was looking for a robust alternative and opted for the industrial panel PCs from the Bavarian manufacturer. The high level of transparency has eliminated sources of error and significantly increased efficiency. "Previously, the biggest problem was overproduction, which resulted from the lack of transparency, the coordination of the various packing tables was always very poor... by using the terminals, we now have very good transparency and overproduction is close to zero," Kahn continues.
