New Monitoring of Digital Workplace Services with Hypersoft Omnicontext

Hypersoft Omnicontext delivers comprehensive monitoring and alerting on workplace services and applications
The new monitoring module includes components for real-time service availability measurement of all workplace technology resources, both user-facing applications and underlying infrastructure. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, authentication and directory services, email forwarding, virtual meetings, web applications, Windows and Linux operation systems, and other are supported.
Omnicontext monitoring package has a standard dashboard with real-time and historic services status, which can be easily customized for specific monitoring scenarios. To collect the status details and usage information, predefined monitoring actions are provided and can be installed locally on the monitored systems or used remotely against cloud-based or networking applications.
The alerting in the new release is freely configurable and can incorporate complex correlations and dependencies between different categories of operational data. This capability allows for effective reduction of alerting noise, so only real performance problems are identified. Alerting is directly integrated with enterprise incident management systems such as ServiceNow.
The user authentication service in Omnicontext has been updated and now supports OAuth 2.0. This makes possible full integration of Omnicontext monitoring into the enterprise environment and single sign-on through interaction with other platforms including Microsoft Azure, Okta and other industry-standard authentication services.
The latest release of Omnicontext is available directly from Hypersoft and from its resellers as on-premise software or as a cloud service.
