Three New Jersey Nonprofits Unite for "Beyond the Finish Line" Derby-Themed Gala
Bright Harbor Healthcare, WAGE Women and Girls Education International, and Hope in Her Eyes Equine Facilitated Wellness have partnered to create this unique fundraising event in order to make innovative therapeutic approaches inclusive and accessible throughout the Monmouth and Ocean County region.
"This gala represents the power of collaboration in addressing complex community needs," said a spokesperson for the organizing committee. "Together, we can create a more comprehensive support network for vulnerable individuals in our communities."
The country-elegant affair invites attendees to don Derby-inspired attire, including decorative hats and bow ties, while swapping traditional heels for cowboy boots or flats. Guests will enjoy cocktails, dinner, live music, a silent auction with exclusive items, a 50/50 raffle, and a spirited "Bonnet & Bow Tie Competition."
Proceeds will enable the expansion of equine assisted wellness at Hope in Her Eyes who delivers equine assisted wellness and recovery support to Bright Harbor Healthcare and WAGE International youth and families. The picturesque ranch venue provides not only a stunning backdrop but also showcases the healing environment where equine services transform lives daily.
