EDR/VSHOLDING introduces a family of H7FvDc/x/y, High-Speed (up to 250Khz), High-Power Full-Bridge Drivers for piezo transducers, DC Motors, and Bi-directional temperature regulation (heating and cooling) of thermoelectric coolers (TEC) with high accuracy

Louisville, KY USA - March 20, 2025, EDR/VSHOLDING, the leader in Solid-State Modules, announced today the release of High-speed, High-Power Full Bridge Drivers guaranteed to deliver 4.5kW continually (30kW pulse) assembled in a 1.95" W X 3.95" L X 1.2" H panel mounting enclosure. The H7FvDc/x/y is offered with either 5VDC or 12VDC for the internal logic and another, depending on models, from 20V to up to 1,500V for a load. Inputs are all 3.5V CMOS and can be controlled directly from most CPUs. Drivers were developed for automotive applications and usable in many industrial applications like solenoid drivers, DC motors, Thermoelectric Cooler (Peltier) Elements (TEC), etc. EDR's drivers offer low-cost motion control of DC motors, which are a proven and reliable option for a wide variety of applications, robots, office automation products, industrial X-Y tables, and medical equipment.
Low RDS(on) of the H-Bridge MOSFETs and intelligent gate drive design provide exceptionally high efficiency. There is no need for a heat sink while delivering medium power, making them good candidates for energy-efficient applications. At the same time, PWM abilities support enhanced design flexibility and precision control.
