Homes 4 Families Launches $6 Million Fundraising Initiative to Build 32 Homes for Veterans in Los Angeles County

PALMDALE & NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA - March 12, 2025 - Homes 4 Families has launched a bold new fundraising initiative to raise $6 million to complete the construction of 32 affordable single-family homes in Palmdale and North Hollywood. This effort will provide Veterans and their families with the opportunity to achieve affordable homeownership along with critical wraparound supportive services to help them thrive.

The initiative was officially announced at this year's annual Builder's Ball, where over $300,000 in commitments were raised in just one night.

Thirty-six homes have already been completed in Palmdale since 2020 in this "hand up, not a hand out" housing model, where veterans earn the affordable housing opportunity with sweat equity and participation in educational and enrichment programs proven to promote long-term success.
