Los Angeles, CA - March 4th, 2025 - We Are G.A.M.E. (Getting Athletes Mentoring and Education) is set to host its 11th Annual Student-Athlete Success Conference from June 27th to June 29th, 2025, at the University of California, Santa Barbara. This year's conference will be the largest in the event's 11-year history, bringing together student-athletes, mentors, and industry leaders to foster growth, leadership, and success both on and off the field.

For the first time, the conference will feature a keynote speaker who is an alumnus of the program (to be announced soon). Additionally, ten student-athletes and mentors from Atlanta, GA, will attend, highlighting the organization's expanding national reach and impact.

A Transformative Experience for Student-Athletes

The Student-Athlete Success Conference is a cornerstone of We Are G.A.M.E.'s mission to provide young athletes with mentorship, educational resources, and career development opportunities. This year's event will feature:

The 2025 Student-Athlete Success Conference requires $25,000 in funding ($450 per attendee) to make this impactful event possible. About We Are G.A.M.E.

Founded in 2008 by Allen and Joyce Thigpen, We Are G.A.M.E. is a non-profit organization committed to shaping a student-athlete's future through mentorship, education, and leadership development. With a presence in 12 states and a legacy of impact, the program has guided over 400 student-athletes, empowering them to excel both on and off the field. The results speak for themselves - 98% of participants have attended college, over 80% have graduated, and 20 have earned athletic scholarships, with several advancing to professional sports. Among them, three alumni have reached the pinnacle of their athletic careers, being drafted into major leagues: two into the National Football League (NFL) and one into Major League Baseball (Arizona Diamondbacks).
