Civil Project Management

Maqshan's Project Management for the Scope associated with flow lines, well hook ups and pipelines Includes provision of organization, planning, resources, construction management, procurement, material management and logistics, HSE, Quality Control & Assurance (QA/QC) for the successful execution of the Contract.

All construction activities associated with installation and pre-commissioning of the Site work, In-situ casting, Building Construction, flow lines, well hooks ups, inter-field pipelines and associated utilities support (electrical, instrumentation) and Remote site Concrete work, Precast of foundations, pipe supports, anchors, anchor blocks, sleepers. MAQSHAN established with special crews for Remote site based civil construction, installation of pipeline sleepers and anchor blocks for oil field sites.

Management of Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste Yards

During oil and gas drilling and production operations large quantities of wastes are produced. Some of these wastes are non- hazardous while the other streams can be considered as hazardous. Hazardous wastes can be divided into solid, liquid, sludge and waste chemicals.

Examples of hazardous waste are: Oily waste, NORM, Mercury, Batteries, Tyres, Medical, etc. MAQSHAN provides the best practices for the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste yards on a service agreement basis or call-off basis.
