November 27, 2016, Dubai UAE: Trench & Associates (T&A), established Dubai legal consultants, have won the prestigious awards of ‘Most Innovative Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) Legal Advisory Boutique 2016’ and ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Empowerment of Women UAE 2016’. The accolades were conferred by the Capital Finance International Awards (CFI.co Awards) which identify individuals and organisations across the world that truly add value and demonstrate best global practice.
The CFI.co Awards operate globally and nominations are judged by a panel of industry experts. The panel noted that Trench & Associates held an enviable and long track record in commercial, employment, corporate, and intellectual property law, amongst others, in Dubai and the wider UAE.
T&A’s innovative approach to merger and acquisitions (M&A) was applauded and the boutique practice was celebrated as a regional powerhouse in this field. The panel also highlighted the legal team’s significant expertise in the guidance in of both domestic and cross-border share and asset acquisitions and disposals.
The judging panel underscored how T&A led the way in best practice for the empowerment of women.
