Zhejiang's China-Europe Railway Express has continued to play a crucial role in facilitating international trade, as trains filled with essential goods such as daily necessities, parts for new energy vehicles, imported milk powder, and candies have been making frequent trips between Yiwu West Station and Jinhua South Station. Notably, this marks the 11th consecutive Spring Festival during which the Zhejiang's China-Europe Railway Express has operated without interruption, underscoring its importance in maintaining a steady flow of goods, even during traditionally quieter periods.

In January, the service recorded an impressive total of 306 trips, transporting 25,536 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) of goods. This represents a 6.6% increase in cargo volume compared to the same period.

Meanwhile, at the construction site of the China-Europe Railway Express Hub Project at the East China International Intermodal Port, over a hundred large-scale pieces of equipment are operating simultaneously each day. This project, with a total investment of 10.6 billion yuan, is a key initiative in the expansion and network enhancement of the China-Europe Railway Express. Once completed, it will significantly increase the annual shipping capacity of Zhejiang's China-Europe Railway Express to 10,000 trains, contributing greatly to the growth of international trade and the improvement of logistics infrastructure.
