President Director of WIKA Beton Kuntjara Honored as Best CEO 2024

Jakarta, 17 February 2025 - President Director of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton), Kuntjara, has been named one of Indonesia Best CEOs in the prestigious The Best CEO 2024 awards held by SWA Magazine and Dunamis Organization Services in Jakarta on 14 February 2025. This award is a recognition of his transformative leadership, which has driven WIKA Beton to continue growing and innovating while fostering a solid and adaptive work culture amid the competitive precast concrete construction and manufacturing industry.

The award is based on the results of an independent employee survey, particularly at the managerial level, utilizing the Four Roles of Leadership framework developed by Stephen Covey. The assessment evaluates the CEO's leadership effectiveness through four key roles.

In the independent survey, the President Director of WIKA Beton was recognized as a Pathfinder, capable of setting a clear direction and vision for the company, ensuring that WIKA Beton remains a leading player in the national precast concrete industry. He was also acknowledged as an Alignment leader who fosters organizational harmony, enabling the entire team to work effectively and cohesively toward common goals.

Furthermore, his role as an Empowerer successfully motivates employees to actively contribute, innovate, and take initiatives in supporting the company's transformation programs. Equally important, his exemplary performance as a Role Model serves as a beacon of trust, integrity, and professionalism throughout all company levels, while also igniting the Bring Back Our Glory spirit within the organization.
