All the proceeds from National Auto Raffle helps to raise funds for operating the Veterans' housing facility located in Wayne County Pennsylvania, 1/4 mile from Interstate 84 and a short 10-minute drive to Downtown Scranton which is available for immediate occupancy for Veterans, Personal Care or special needs individuals.
