Following continuous growth and consistent innovation in the area of customer experience, SYBIT is taking its brand to a new level. The new brand identity makes clear what has distinguished SYBIT in the market for years: holistic CX expertise based on comprehensive consulting services. "Our rebranding is an expression of our further development and our self-image as a market leader. We combine in-depth CX know-how with strategic consulting expertise and technical excellence. In this way, we not only offer efficient end-to-end solutions, but also create resonance spaces for our customers in which we jointly open up new perspectives and create sustainable added value," explains Thomas Regele, CEO of SYBIT.

The new brand identity emphasizes the importance of appreciation, flexibility and sustainable growth as central elements of the corporate culture.

Comprehensive internal restructuring
The rebranding was preceded by comprehensive internal realignment measures to further sharpen SYBIT's competencies and lay the foundation for further growth. "Our goal was to further develop our portfolio strategically and to bundle our expertise in such a way that it reflects what sets us apart in the market on the one hand and optimally meets the needs of our customers on the other," explains Marco Werth, COO of SYBIT.
At the same time, Birgit Beierer, CFO and CHRO, emphasizes: "So many gears have successfully meshed in the rebrand project. We not only developed the skills of our employees in a targeted manner, but also made sure that the special SYBIT culture, which is characterized by resonance and collaboration, is now also noticeable in our brand. We will continue on this path with great pleasure."
Stronger, leading, more valuable: SYBIT gets off to a fresh start at 25 years old
The official presentation of the new brand identity took place as part of SYBIT's anniversary celebrations under the motto "25 Years of Resonating Success". The event on January 24, 2025 combined inspiring insights into the past and current direction of the company with an outlook on future-oriented developments in the customer experience. Over 350 employees, partners and invited guests celebrated SYBIT's birthday in style at the Stadthallte Singen on Lake Constance - and used the event for a good cause. In several activities spread throughout the day, the attendees collected over 2,000 euros in donations for charitable causes.
